Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times

Because every piece is made by hand, most orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Items marked as made to order may take a little longer; the dispatch estimate is shown on each product page and again in your bag.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is ₹100. Orders of ₹1,000 and above are delivered free. Cash on delivery carries a ₹50 handling fee.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 business days, and other locations in 4–7 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. You can also track it from the Track Your Order page using your order number.
